Position number 1) Executive Assistant to the General Manager

ARS is the Turkish company recently expanding to the Czech Republic, the first automotive company which provides its special «Micro Repair Services» free of charge to the insurance customers along with an innovative Insurance Product that jointly created with its Insurance Partners in the Czech Republic. We aim to make difference in the Czech Republic towards providing our perfect and fastest service to our customers with our most experienced and talented team.

We are looking for Executive Assistant to the General Manager for ARS (Auto Repair System), who will work and collaborate with Turkish General Manager.

Responsibilities:

Admin tasks, organizing calendar and meetings according to the General Manager’s priorities.

Creating and maintaining presentations, tables, reports, confidential files and other necessary documents.

Assisting to General Manager for translation and understanding all kind of business documents.

Supporting business development projects and services

Welcoming clients, providing comfort for them during their stay in the company’ building and giving information to the clients

Answering calls and emails 

Issuing and accounting customer’ invoices, invoicing of supplier invoices

Responsibility for charging cash, internal documents, bank statements

Checking and supporting business contracts

Coordinating monthly and annual accounts and tax obligations and doing the preparation for audit

Reporting to the General Manager

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a similar position

Bachelor Degree

Very good knowledge of MS Office Package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Well-organized and independent individual who is ready to learn how business is running and to contribute to developing processes

Flexible individual with positive attitude who is ready to adapt to highly dynamic environment

Individual with excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks if is it necessary

Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written

Good communication skills in Czech (Native Czech is not required)

Knowledge of accounting standards with emphasis on VAT and income tax is preferred
